Who we are
This website is run by Rahma Daigham, a coach and digital marketing and AI trainer based in Egypt. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Rahma Daigham and the team who help run this website. We offer recorded courses, 1:1 coaching sessions, and seats at community events.
Information we collect
We only collect what we need to run the website and serve you.
- Account details: your name, email address and password (stored only in encrypted form) when you create an account.
- Order details: what you bought, the amount, the date and the status of the payment. We also keep the name, email and phone or WhatsApp number you give us when you book coaching or an event seat.
- Learning activity: the courses you are enrolled in, which lessons you have completed, and the assignments you upload together with the feedback you receive.
- Messages: what you write in our contact form, including your name, email, phone number and the reason you are writing.
- Basic technical data: your IP address and browser details, recorded in server logs for security and to keep the website working.
How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and give you access to what you bought.
- To process payments, confirm bookings and send receipts.
- To arrange coaching sessions and community events, and to send you the details by email.
- To review your assignments and send you personal feedback.
- To reply to your messages and support requests.
- To protect the website from spam, fraud and misuse.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We do not use your information for automated decisions about you, and we do not sell it to anyone.
Payments
Payments are taken by a third-party payment provider on its own secure page. Your card details are entered there and never reach our servers, so we do not see or store your card number, expiry date or security code.
The payment provider tells us whether your payment succeeded, along with a reference for the transaction. The provider handles your card details under its own privacy policy.
Cookies
We use only the cookies that the website needs to work: a session cookie that keeps you signed in and remembers your language, and a security cookie that protects forms from forgery. These expire when your session ends or after a short period.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, so there is no cookie banner to dismiss. If this ever changes, we will update this page and ask for your consent first.
Who we share information with
We share information only with the services that help us run the website, and only what they need to do their job:
- The payment provider that processes your payment.
- Our email delivery service, which sends receipts, booking confirmations and replies.
- Our video hosting service, which delivers course lessons to enrolled learners.
- Our website hosting provider, which stores the data this website needs.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
How long we keep it
We keep your account for as long as you have one. We keep order records for as long as accounting and legal rules require. Messages from the contact form are kept for as long as needed to answer you and keep a record of the conversation. When we no longer need information, we delete it or remove anything that identifies you.
How we protect it
Passwords are stored in encrypted form, the website is served over a secure connection, and access to personal information is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your information safe and we will tell you if a breach affects you.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Show you the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is wrong or out of date.
- Delete your account and personal information, except what we must keep by law, such as order records.
To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will reply within a reasonable time.
Children
Our courses and services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make a meaningful change, we will change the date at the top of this page and, where it matters, tell you by email.
