This website is run by Rahma Daigham, based in Egypt. By creating an account, placing an order or otherwise using the website, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

• Recorded courses: video lessons with a monthly live Q&A session, an assignment and personal feedback by email.
• 1:1 coaching: private business or personal coaching sessions with Rahma, sold as a single session or as a package of four.
• Community event seats: places at sessions and meetups of the Star Community.

What is included in each product is described on its page. We may update descriptions and content from time to time.

You need an account to access a course. Please give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and your account is for you alone: you may not share your login or let other people use your course access. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout, normally Egyptian pounds (EGP), and are the price you pay for the item shown. Prices can change, but a change never affects an order you have already paid for.

Payments are made through a third-party payment provider on its own secure page. We never see or store your card details. Your order is confirmed only after the payment succeeds.

• When you enrol, you get access for your own personal learning, for as long as the course is offered on this website.
• Results depend on you. We share practical knowledge and guidance, but we cannot promise any particular income, clients or outcome.
• Assignments are sent by email or uploaded through your account, and you receive personal feedback. You keep ownership of your work, and you allow us to review it and use it to give you feedback.

• Sessions happen online or as agreed with Rahma. After booking, you receive the confirmed details by email.
• You can reschedule a session at least 24 hours before it starts. Please see the Refund Policy for cancellations.
• Coaching is a space for clarity and planning. It is not therapy and it is not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and it does not replace professional help where you need it.
• For a package of four sessions, the spacing between sessions is agreed together.

A seat is for the named person who booked it unless we agree otherwise. Event details, dates and places can change for practical reasons. If we change an event in a way that does not work for you, or cancel it, you can ask for a refund as set out in the Refund Policy.

All course videos, materials, text, images, logos and other content on this website belong to Rahma Daigham or are used with permission. You may use them for your own learning. You may not copy, record, share, resell or publish them, or use them to train other products, without our written permission.

Please be respectful and use the website lawfully. Do not try to break or overload the website, bypass access controls, share your account, upload harmful or unlawful files, or harass staff or other members. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

Refunds and cancellations are covered in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We work hard to keep the website available and the content accurate, but we provide it "as is" and cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, or for business decisions you make using what you learn here. Our total responsibility to you for any one order will not be more than the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law that cannot be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. If a disagreement comes up, we will first try to solve it together in good faith. If we cannot, the competent courts of Egypt will decide it.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes apply from the date they are published, and they do not change the terms of an order you have already paid for.
